What is Gluten Free?
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and malts. It is used as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent. All pickles manufactured under the Gedney/Cains/Del Monte labels are gluten-free. We do not use any ingredients that contain gluten and do not run any other products that contain gluten on our lines, so there is no chance of cross-contamination.
